TB Luxe & Co.

Weather, Tent & Safety Policy

At TB Luxe & Co., the safety of our clients, guests, and team members is our top priority. Certain rentals and installations are affected by weather conditions and environmental factors. The following policy outlines the guidelines related to weather, tent usage, and general safety requirements.

Weather Conditions

Some rental equipment, installations, and event setups are weather dependent. This includes but is not limited to bounce houses, balloon installations, soft play equipment, tents, and outdoor décor.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions including high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures, TB Luxe & Co. reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel setup in order to protect the safety of guests and equipment.

If weather conditions make installation unsafe, our team will work with the client to discuss available alternatives when possible.

Weather-related adjustments do not qualify as a cancellation of services under the standard cancellation policy.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor events are subject to environmental factors beyond our control including wind, rain, heat, sunlight exposure, and uneven ground surfaces.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the setup area is suitable for installation and that adequate space is available for the selected rental items.

TB Luxe & Co. reserves the right to decline installation if the location is deemed unsafe for equipment setup or if weather conditions present a risk to safety or equipment integrity.

Tent Safety Guidelines

Tents must be installed on a safe and appropriate surface such as grass, turf, or approved anchoring surfaces. Certain locations such as steep slopes, unstable ground, or restricted installation areas may prevent safe tent installation.

For safety reasons, tents may require staking or weighted anchoring systems. These safety measures must remain in place for the duration of the event.

Clients and guests should not attempt to adjust, move, or remove any tent components once installed.

Open flames, grills, heaters, or cooking equipment should not be used inside or directly next to the tent unless approved in advance and appropriate safety clearance is provided.

Bounce House & Inflatable Safety

Bounce houses and inflatable equipment must be used according to the safety guidelines provided at setup.

Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatable equipment is in use.

The following activities are not permitted on inflatables:

Shoes, sharp objects, or food inside the inflatable.
Rough play, climbing on exterior walls, or overcrowding the unit.
Use during heavy rain, high winds, or lightning.

If unsafe conditions occur, the inflatable must be turned off and use discontinued until conditions improve.

Balloon Installation Considerations

Balloon installations may be affected by temperature changes, wind exposure, and direct sunlight. While TB Luxe & Co. uses high-quality materials and professional installation techniques, balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed once installations are exposed to environmental conditions or guest interaction.

Outdoor balloon installations are particularly susceptible to weather conditions.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that event guests follow safety guidelines and do not tamper with rental equipment, décor installations, or structures.

Any damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unsafe behavior may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Safety Authority

TB Luxe & Co. reserves the right to discontinue use of any equipment or installation if safety concerns arise during the event.

Our team may also adjust equipment placement or installation methods to maintain a safe environment.

Agreement

By booking services with TB Luxe & Co., clients acknowledge and agree to comply with all weather, tent, and safety policies outlined above.

These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all participants and the successful execution of your event.
