Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payments For event planning, coordination, and design services, payment secures time, expertise, vendor communication, and creative development. All administation fees that are included in your initial deposit are non-refundable once services have begun. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits become fully non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are 100% non-refundable and all payments made will be forfeited. One reschedule request is permitted with a minimum of 7days’ written notice and is subject to availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original date The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund. Client agrees to provide timely communication, approvals, and payments as outlined in their proposal. Delays in client response may impact execution timelines and deliverables. Damages & Liability Client assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, loss, theft, misuse, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the payment method on file. TB Luxe & Co. is not responsible for third-party vendor performance, delays, cancellations, or product availability. By completing a booking with TB Luxe & Co., client agrees to all applicable policies, rental agreements, and service terms available on our website.
