Deposit & Payments A non-refundable administration fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This fee is included in your initial deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits become fully non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are 100% non-refundable and all payments made will be forfeited. One reschedule request is permitted with a minimum of 4 days’ written notice and is subject to availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original date. Damages & Liability Client assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, loss, theft, misuse, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the payment method on file. Weather & Safety Certain rentals and installations are weather-dependent. Client acknowledges and agrees to TB Luxe & Co.’s Weather, Tent & Safety Policy. Agreement By completing a booking with TB Luxe & Co., client agrees to all applicable policies, rental agreements, and service terms available on our website.
